Privacy Policy
privacy@groomber.com1. Who we are
Future Pet is made by Groomber. Seeing your pet's future is free; an optional paid upgrade is available. Groomber is a South Florida mobile pet care service. Visit groomber.com or contact privacy@groomber.com with privacy questions.
2. What we collect
The pet photo you upload and the details you enter: your pet’s name, dog or cat, age if provided, and whether your pet has passed away.
Your email, only if you choose to give it, and whether you agreed to Groomber pet care tips and offers. Email sign-ups save your email, pet’s name, pet type, language and preference—not your original photo.
Basic usage information, such as image creation, sharing, downloading and clicks to Groomber. We use a browser identifier and one-way device and network hashes to enforce free-result limits.
If you choose to create an account, we collect the sign-in details needed to manage it. If you buy a Full Future Pack, our payment provider processes your payment and we keep a purchase record.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. We only keep a record of your purchase (what you bought, the amount, and the date).
4. Your pet photo
Your original upload is processed in memory to create the future image and is not saved as a separate photo on our servers. Your browser may temporarily keep the photo and pet details to continue the purchase flow.
Free images are available on your result screen for downloading. We save a public before-and-after image and your pet’s name only when you give permission to create a shareable link. All free images, including memorial portraits, have a small domain stamp; paid images have no stamp. Anyone with that link can see it. Purchased HD packs are saved privately to your account.
We never sell your photos or use them in our advertising without your permission.
Your photo is sent to our AI image provider to create the result. This necessary processing is different from publishing or sharing your photo with other visitors.
5. How we use your information
To create your pet’s future image and make it available to view, download or share.
To save your request to email the free image and your optional marketing preference. With your email request, we save only the stamped result privately to provide a download link. Your original photo is not saved. Sending is awaiting sender-domain verification.
To record whether you want Groomber pet care tips and offers. Marketing requires your opt-in; providing your email alone is not permission for marketing.
To understand which features people use, manage optional accounts and purchases, and prevent misuse of the free result.
6. What we don’t do
We never sell your personal information.
We don’t send marketing emails unless you said yes. Marketing emails are not currently sent by this app.
We don’t use your pet photos in advertisements without your permission.
7. Who we share with
Groomber, the service behind Future Pet.
Service providers who help run the site, including hosting, AI image creation, account services and payments, only as needed to provide the service.
People you choose to share a public result link with. The public link shows your approved image and pet name, not your email or account details.
Authorities when disclosure is required by law. Partner links let Future Pet’s owner privately connect visits to pet creations and optional email sign-ups. Partners do not receive your email or photos.
8. Your choices
Uploading and seeing your first result does not require an account or email. Email delivery requests, marketing opt-in and public sharing are separate choices.
If you receive marketing emails from Groomber, use their unsubscribe link or contact privacy@groomber.com to withdraw permission.
Ask us to delete your saved email, images or account at privacy@groomber.com. We will handle your request within 30 days. Deletion cannot remove copies someone else has already downloaded or shared.
9. Children
Future Pet is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
