Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Future Pet is made by Groomber, a South Florida mobile pet care service. Questions about these terms? Write to hello@groomber.com.

2. What Future Pet is

Future Pet creates artistic, AI-generated images that imagine your pet in the future. They are loving illustrations, not medical or accurate predictions of how your pet will look or age.

3. Your photos

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.

Future Pet is for pets only — please don't upload photos of people. We may refuse or remove uploads that don't follow these rules.

4. The Full Future Pack

The Full Future Pack is a one-time digital purchase of $3.99 per pet, delivered right away after payment.

Because it's a digital product delivered immediately, we give refunds only if the images fail to deliver or are defective. If that happens, contact hello@groomber.com and we'll make it right.

5. Printed products

If we offer printed products in the future, we'll replace them free of charge if they arrive damaged or misprinted.

6. Fair use

We may refuse service or remove content that is inappropriate, unlawful, or misuses the free result.

7. Provided as is

Future Pet is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it loving and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

8. Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top.
